Life right now is a bit of a struggle, but ultimately I know that I am so excited for change. Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day (according to Ellen DeGeneres), so to celebrate, I'm going to be kind to myself from now on. I'm going to take naps when I need them, go to bed early, but play late sometimes, do some yoga when I'm stressed, maybe even run once in awhile because I know I can and I know it makes me feel good, do more art, maybe sell some art, eat healthier, read more books, watch more Heroes, watch more lame documentaries, study in new places, wake up 15 minutes earlier, and take longer showers (yeah, it's possible). It will take time but I am already happier. Here's to making the good, hard choices!
